Happy Saturday! I hope everybody had a wonderful week and is having a fantastic weekend celebrating mothers. Here is a quick card I made last night using last week's sketch from Card Patterns:
I already made my mom's card for Mother's Day (click here to see it), but a couple of the guys at work had asked me if I would make cards for them. I really liked how simple and versatile this sketch was, and thought it would be perfect for a simple Mother's Day card. Please excuse my photo - it's caca. My camera battery died right after I photographed a different card, so I had to use my phone for this picture. Now for the paper yummies:
I used 3 different patterned papers from My Mind's Eye, alphabet stamps from American Crafts, a circle die from Spellbinders, some twine, and a button. This card was super simple, and would be easy to reproduce for any occasion. I'll be back tomorrow with another Mother's Day card that I totally CASEd from a thank you card I made a few months ago. I hope everybody has a lovely Mother's Day!
